Pat has over 30 years experience in investment, financial and industrial management.  He is also a Director of Argonaut Resources NL, Australia Oriental Minerals NL and Crossland Uranium Mines Limited.

Greg is a geologist with 30 years of exploration and operational experience gained in a broad range of metalliferous commodities both within Australia and overseas.  Greg has held senior positions in a number of resource companies including Western Mining Corporation and Sino Gold and his technical experience spans the full spectrum of exploration activity including grass-roots, new project generation, and major drilling programmes, as well as mine geology, ore resource/reserve generation and new mine development.

Company Secretary since 1990.  His experience has been gained over 36 years in financial and corporate roles including 15 years in company secretarial roles for ASX listed companies and 11 years as a Director of an ASX listed company.  Robert has had 27 years in the industry and prior to that nine years with an international firm of chartered accountants.  He is a Director of Oakhill Hamilton Pty Ltd, a company which provides secretarial and corporate advisory services to a range of listed and unlisted companies.

KWAN CHEE SENG
Non-Executive Director

Chee Seng was appointed a Director of the Company in February 2009.  Mr Kwan has investments in the renewable sustainable energy, base metal resources and the biotechnology businesses.  He has extensive experience in senior management and in business.  He is a Non-Executive Director and a major shareholder of Singapore listed Van der Horst Energy Limited.

DR FOO FATT KAH
Non-Executive Director

Kah was appointed a Director of the Company in October 2009.  Dr Foo has over 20 years experience in the investment banking, fund management and advisory businesses spanning Europe and Asia.  He is qualified in Medicine (MB, BCh BAO) and Business Administration (MBA) from the Queen's University, United Kingdom, with further continuing education qualifications from Insead on Economic Value Added (EVA) and International Project Management.  He has experience with listed companies in Singapore, being previously Executive Director of CyberVillage Holdings Ltd and currently Lead Independent Director of PEC Ltd.

Bob has 43 years experience in mineral exploration management, geophysics and exploration technology.  He is currently a non-executive director of Western Plains Resources Ltd, Eastern Iron Limited and Crossland Uranium Mines Ltd.

Broad based exploration experience including 8 years with the NSW Geological Survey, both at Broken Hill and Maitland, and 5 years with industry.  Peter manages ongoing exploration projects and is part of the team developing new opportunities for PlatSearch.

WENDY L CORBETT, BSc (Sydney), Dip Ed, MAIG
Managing Geologist

Joint venture negotiation, administration and information technology management.  Application of computer technology to tenement management, databases, library systems and GIS applications.  More than 30 years experience in mineral exploration industry.

GREG MACRAE, BSc Hons, Dip Ed (Woll), MAIG
Senior Geologist

Graduating in 1979, Greg worked in regional geological mapping and mineral resource planning over a period of 26 years in the Geological survey of NSW.  Recent mineral exploration work in metallic, energy and industrial minerals has included tenements in NSW, QLD and NT.  Greg also has substantial experience in GIS data compilation and interrogation as well as database administration.

Consultant Geologist

Highly experienced in extensive data compilation, interpretation and reporting, exploration project generation and deep diamond drilling projects.  Specialist in lithological/structural mapping.

DAVID EDGECOMBE, BA (Hons)-Geology (Macquarie), MAusIMM
Consultant Geologist

More than 30 years experience in mineral exploration, focused on base and precious metals throughout Australia.  Extensive experience in copper/gold exploration in Proterozoic terrains in western Qld and SA.  Leader of team which discovered the Challenger gold deposit on Gawler Craton in 1995.
